Abby Donnelly

Abby Donnelly is a partner in Training & Development Solutions. Her company offers powerful corporate and individual coaching and training programs to increase productivity and profitability, retain key talent, create a sane work environment and create the life you want.

Abby's professional experience includes over 14 years as a business leader, internal consultant and executive coach at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Her expertise is in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development and Process Improvement Methodology. Most recently, she coached and trained Fabric Care Product Supply Executives around the world through a major organizational change effort. This initiative saved the company millions of dollars each year, built tremendous individual and organizational capability, and created a culture that made it possible for each individual to perform at their very best, improving both their workplace and their life.

Abby teamed up with nationally known coach and author, Jennifer White to contribute to her new book, Drive Your People Wild Without Driving Them Crazy™. Abby also co-developed the accompanying coaching program, and trained new coaches for certification.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a Master's Degree in Statistics, and has coached and trained thousands of people to use Business Process Improvement methodology to achieve their goals.
