Ken Kesslin Ken Kesslin is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, and group facilitator. Combining a decade of corporate experience in Finance, Investment Banking, Sales and Management, with 14 years of work as a clinically trained psychotherapist gives Ken a unique ability to integrate both the business and the personal goals of his clients. He works with leaders from the inside out - to embody change - rather than simply think and intellectualize. As adjunct professor in Mercy College's graduate program in Organizational Leadership, Ken specializes in helping students develop emotionally intelligent leadership. He has also been lead trainer and curriculum designer for two national coach training programs. Ken graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received undergraduate
degrees in Economics and Psychology from Stanford University. He received
his Masters in Social Work from New York University and holds clinical
practice licenses in New York and New Jersey. Ken has advanced training
and certification in Ericksonian Hypnosis, is a qualified MBTI practitioner,
and is accredited to use the Hay Group's Emotional
Competence Inventory (ECI) 360, an executive leadership assessment
instrument developed in collaboration with Dan Goleman. Ken works with individuals and a diverse group of organizational clients ranging from small, fast-moving entrepreneurial ventures to large, bureaucratic behemoths. Past clients include:
