Valrine Daley-Meleschi Valrine Daley-Meleschi brings over 18 years of experience in leadership development program design, executive assessment, helping adults learn at work; executive coaching and group/process facilitation. Prior to forming her own consulting practice she was the Practice Manager for Organization Development & Internal Coaching at Citigroup's Global and Corporate Investment Bank. Valrine has also managed the organization development and training function at ABC/Disney playing a key role in merging corporate cultures through management development using novel diversity approaches. At Columbia University she developed and managed its leadership and service culture development initiatives. Her passion is designing and facilitating rich experiences for professionals to learn at work using innovative and integrated platforms. Ms. Daley-Meleschi has created strategic partnerships for the collaboration
of higher education and economic development initiatives. Valrine
has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Cornell University's School
of Industrial and Labor Relations and the City University of New York.
Her work with female professionals in the area of self-promotion and
branding received national recognition in O Magazine. She is a highly
regarded speaker and facilitator for an array of organizations including:
Ford Motor Company, The Financial Women's Association, Citigroup and
the YMCA of Harlem, New York. Her current work includes coaching senior
executives through transitional environments, developing influence
and negotiation skill development for individual contributors, coaching
women at the crossroads of career "success" and un-pursued
interests using group coaching and networking tools. She resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her family and is the 2005-06 Professional Development and Training Chair of the Montclair-Newark Junior League.
