We view coaching as a leadership development support process. There is no other process we know of that provides organizational leaders with such a powerful combination of support and challenge, uniquely designed for that individual or team. We offer coaching to individual and organizational leaders, as well as their leadership teams.

Individual Coaching
Combining scheduled coaching sessions with "coach-on-call" services provides coaching right when it's needed. Coaching takes place in person and/or by phone, with additional support and follow-up through email. Sessions are scheduled as needed. Our goal is always to provide maximum impact in the least amount of time.

Team Coaching
In addition to working with individual leaders, we often coach a leadership team. In this capacity, our focus is on the effective development and functioning of the entire team, instead of the development of a single individual. We will attend team meetings in person or by phone and provide observations, insights and challenges to the entire team.

Customized Coaching Programs
Since we don't believe that cookie-cutter programs can tap the unique potential of each person, each team, and each situation, our work is customized to fit you and your particular needs. This often costs more on the front-end but is far more engaging and delivers far more value.
