Coaching is a partnership to get you from where you are now to where you want to be... and often much further.

Working with an effective coach helps you discover what you truly want, create a strategy for success, and stay focused on your priorities while achieving your goals. Great coaching isn't magic, but rather a synergy between you and your coach that results in powerful changes and lasting success. It's an extraordinary relationship of exploration, challenge, and support.

We offer coaching to individual and organizational leaders, as well as their leadership partners and teams.

Individual Coaching
Combining regularly scheduled coaching sessions with "coach-on-call" services gives you the coaching you need, when you need it. Coaching takes place in person and/or by phone, with additional support and follow-up through email. Scheduled sessions are typically held weekly for 45 minutes.

Group Coaching
Sometimes we work individually with a number of leaders who are part of a workgroup or team. In that case, we have an opportunity to involve them together in group sessions that multiply the impact of the individual work being done. This combination of individual and group coaching has enormous potential for collaboration and can produce extraordinary results.

In certain situations, group coaching alone can be as effective as individual coaching, at a much lower cost. Group coaching is also ideally suited for virtual groups that need to work together from multiple locations. Virtual groups save money and time as participants can join sessions from any phone in the world.
